Reproject GeoTIFF to Any EPSG
Reproject GeoTIFF to any EPSG CRS server-side with GDAL/rasterio — nearest, bilinear, cubic or average resampling — for rasters too large for the browser.
Processing and data safety
Section titled “Processing and data safety”Requires sign-in. The GeoTIFF is uploaded over an encrypted channel, reprojected server-side with GDAL/rasterio, used only for that job and auto-deleted per the retention policy.
Input and output
Section titled “Input and output”- Formats: GeoTIFF
- Flow: GeoTIFF → reprojected GeoTIFF (any EPSG)
How to use
Section titled “How to use”- Sign in and upload the GeoTIFF.
- Enter the target EPSG code (e.g. EPSG:3857 — live format hints appear as you type, and the “EPSG:” prefix is required) and the resampling method; optionally set a destination NoData value (e.g. -9999).
- Wait for the job and download the reprojected raster.
Key details and limits
Section titled “Key details and limits”- Requires an account and cloud quota.
- Rasters whose extent crosses the ±180° antimeridian can fail with a degenerate target extent (computed height = 0) — crop/split the source around the meridian and reproject the parts.
- The target CRS must use the “EPSG:3857” form (with the EPSG: prefix) — the production engine (rasterio CRS.from_user_input) rejects bare integer codes; the in-page check is advisory (format + common-code names) and the server validates authoritatively on submi…
Common use cases
Section titled “Common use cases”- Upload a GeoTIFF → target EPSG:3857 → download the reprojected raster
- Reproject a UTM DEM (EPSG:32650) to EPSG:4326 for a global viewer, or take WGS84 imagery to EPSG:3857 for web-map tiles.
