How to use
Section titled “How to use”- Drop or select an STL, OBJ, PLY, 3MF, GLB or glTF file (OBJ+MTL pairs welcome; XYZ/PCD point clouds accepted) — an interactive 3D preview appears on the page.
- Check the preview, then pick the output format: STL, OBJ, GLB, 3MF or PLY.
- Click Convert & download — conversion and download happen only after you click, and files are not uploaded.
Key details and limits
Section titled “Key details and limits”- Very large meshes are bounded by browser memory.
- Materials survive in GLB only — OBJ/STL/3MF/PLY outputs carry no materials (OBJ writes no .mtl).
- Point-cloud inputs (XYZ/PCD and faceless PLY) can only be exported as PLY (point-cloud PLY) or GLB — other formats are rejected with a clear message.
