Input and output
Section titled “Input and output”- Formats: PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, BMP
- Flow: Image → traced SVG vector
How to use
Section titled “How to use”- Drop a PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF or BMP image (or paste one with Ctrl/Cmd+V) — it is traced to SVG automatically.
- Optionally tune the color count (default 8) and the ltres/qtres/pathomit detail tolerances.
- Check the in-page preview (checkerboard shows transparency).
Key details and limits
Section titled “Key details and limits”- Tracing defaults to 8 colors; color count (2–64) and the ltres/qtres/pathomit tolerances are adjustable — more colors or detail means a larger SVG.
- Photographs produce large, noisy SVGs — best for line art and logos.
- Images over 4 megapixels are rejected with a clear message (synchronous tracing would freeze the page) — shrink them first.
