1. Our position
Vecaria is a file-processing tool. Users process their own files; we do not host a public content library. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices of claimed infringement.
2. Filing a notice
Send a written notice to support@vecaria.com with the subject "DMCA Notice" containing all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- The exact URL or other location of the allegedly infringing material;
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised agent;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our response
We will review valid notices, remove or disable access where appropriate, and notify the affected party. We maintain a policy of terminating repeat infringers.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, the removed URL, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files court action.
5. Abuse
Knowingly filing a false notice may result in liability. Use this procedure only for genuine copyright claims.
