Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Vecaria (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it and accept the DPA. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is not directed to children under 14.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload or process content you have no right to; process illegal, infringing, malicious or harmful content; attempt to breach or probe security; reverse engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent quotas and rate limits; resell the Service without authorisation; or use the Service to build a competing dataset from our outputs.

5. Free tools and quotas

Local tools are provided with the daily allowances shown on each tool page. Cloud processing, batch jobs and workflows consume quotas as configured. We may adjust quotas with notice. You must keep originals of important files.

6. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe per the pricing page and renew automatically until cancelled. In-app cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscriptions. Prices may change for future periods with notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

7. Booster and credit packs

Booster and credit packs are prepaid, one-time purchases, do not renew, and are refundable only when unused as stated in the Refund Policy. Unused balances do not expire unless required by law.

8. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the files you process. We retain all rights to the Service, its software and content. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties such as Stripe and Cloudflare. Their terms may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of conversions, or uninterrupted availability. Always verify outputs before professional or production use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the operator's domicile. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
