Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
Your first Pro subscription (monthly or annual) is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Pro is not for you, request a refund within 30 days of the initial charge and we will refund that charge in full.
2. Renewals
Renewal charges are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge; unused full months may be refunded at our discretion.
3. Booster packs and credit packs
Booster packs and credit packs are one-time purchases of prepaid usage. They are refundable within 14 days only if unused. Partially used packs are not refundable.
4. How to request
Email support@vecaria.com from your account email with your order reference, or cancel from your account page first. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue faster. Accounts with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be suspended.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Digital services that have already been supplied may be excluded from withdrawal rights where local law permits.
