STEP to GLB Converter turns STEP (AP203/AP214/AP242) models into web- and AR-ready GLB in your browser: drop a .step, preview it, pick a tessellation preset and an output unit (mm/cm/m — meters for web and AR), then download.
Processing and data safety

How to use
Section titled “How to use”- Drop or select a .step/.stp file (or click “Try a sample”) — the model previews on the page (orbit to inspect).
- Optionally pick a tessellation preset: Draft / Standard / High / Ultra, and the output unit (mm by default; pick meters for web/AR).
- Click Convert & download — the .glb saves to your downloads.
Key details and limits
Section titled “Key details and limits”- Parametric history is not preserved.
- Assembly structure and part names are not preserved; only base colors carry over.
- Tessellation precision presets: Draft / Standard / High / Ultra.
