Is the formatting identical to Word?
Common text, headings, lists, tables and images are kept, but the conversion is semantic: complex Word-specific layout (columns, text boxes) may differ, and fonts must be installed on your device or the browser substitutes a similar one. Use Word's own export when the layout must be pixel-perfect.
